guide : make your trip easier !
Preparations :
Here is some advice to
help you to do the right things before you reach the
airport to make things go as well as possible.
KEEP INFORMED :
- contact your airline or your
travel agent to be certain when you should be at the airport
to check in. Check-in times vary according to airline and
destination.
- contact your airline, since you can take only one piece
of carry-on luggage whose size varies according to airline.
PREPARATION OF CHECKED BAGGAGE

Your checked baggage must all be labelled with your name
- we advise you to keep your photographic film and medication
with you in your carry-on luggage.
- Certain items are forbidden
in checked baggage; make certain not to include them in your
luggage:
Explosives
Ammunition
Flammable liquids, solids or gases (white-spirit, butane...)
Corrosive products (chlorine bleach, detergent...)
Toxic substances
Neutralizing or incapacitating products (teargas...)
- if you need to carry
items that are forbidden in carry-on luggage, put them in your
checked baggage
PREPARING CARRY-ON LUGGAGE
Some items
cannot be carried onboard.
Make certain not to put them in your carry-on luggage:
Firearms
Knives & sharp instruments
Blunt instruments (golf clubs, camera tripod, skateboard...)
Explosives, ammunition, flammable liquids & corrosive products
(chlorine bleach, detergent, white-spirit, methyl alcohol...)
Neutralizing or incapacitating products (teargas...)
Items that may be used as weapons
Items that may be taken for fatal weapons (toy weapons...)
Chemical and biological items and substances
In case of doubt, do not hesitate to put items in your checked
baggage.
Avoid taking excess
baggage, only one piece of carry-on baggage is accepted per
person.

BE CARRIED ONBOARD

ATTIRE
- Wear shoes that can easily be removed,
since you may be asked to remove them for the security control
- Don’t forget that any metal you
wear may trigger the security control alarm (belt,
buttons, jewellery and reinforced shoes), requiring a more thorough
search
Do not hesitate to put such items in your
carry-on luggage when you go through the security control.
