ARRIVING IN THE AIRPORT
- Prepare all the
documents necessary for your trip before you reach
your airline check-in counter, in particular your passport
or ID and your plane ticket.
- Make certain your checked
baggage is labelled with your name. If it is not, your airline
can supply a tag for you to fill in.
- Inform your airline check-in
agent if you are taking any items that cannot be carried
onboard or in checked baggage.
- Remember that certain airlines
accept carry-on bags only if they have been approved and
labelled by their agents. Ask your airline to affix a tag
on your luggage; that way it will check that your luggage
complies with its standards.
- After checking in, do not
waste your time; go quickly through security control.
- Keep boarding
pass handy, since you will have to show it.
