OBJECTIVE ISO 9001
Quality Policy at the Airports
The airports' Quality Policy
was validated in June 2000 and updated in December 2002.
It's ambitious goal is to ensure that
airports on the Côte d'Azur rank among the leading airports
in Europe in terms of quality of service.
Overall objectives
Airports on the Côte d'Azur have six overall objectives:
1) - To gauge customer satisfaction on
a regular basis (types
of clients, client expectations).
2) - The maintenance of the
ISO 9001 certification for all our business activities,
obtained in 2001.
3) - Formally integrating quality indicators
into our procedures.
4) - Implementing a benchmark
approach (with other, similar-sized European airports for
example).
5) Integrating
all actively involved parties: jointly
setting up and implementing an integrated working policy with
all players at the airport, and applying it under the
aegis of a Local Committee for Airport
Quality.
6) Industrial barometer: annual,
anonymous survey of staff satisfaction levels.
