Operations
Key responsibilities
To
ensure that optimal operating conditions are maintained at all
times.
To train, guide, lead and co-ordinate staff responsible for
the following missions: information, left luggage and toilets. To
be available in real-time
to resolve all operations problems
in the Terminals with our clients' operations managers (Airlines,
Assistants, Police, Customs, etc.). To
take care of any client that has suffered a mishap. To
evaluate the gravity of any situations or crisis, to take immediate
steps and decide whether or not to alert the hierarchy. To
implement and improve procedures in all passenger services at
the terminals, with the aim of guaranteeing quality To
use all available means to find overall and lasting solutions
to problems To
analyse dossiers directly linked to the running of facilities
in the Terminals as quickly as possible, to suggest solutions
and then implement them.
Working conditions
Services
provided 7 days a week, from 7am to 11pm, rotating shifts.
Candidate profile
Bac +2 to 4 years'
higher education (commerce, tourism, etc.) Fluent English Professional
experience out in the field Ability
to manage teams Commercially
minded
Personal qualities:
You
know how to communicate and lead a team. You take initiatives,
analyse and resume a situation quickly. You can take decisions
in the heat of the moment, are dynamic, available and adaptable.
