Job title: SALES AGENT Firm: CAR HIRE COMPANIES, FOREIGN EXCHANGE COMPANIES, AIRLINES

 Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

A desk agent or sales agent is in direct contact with the client. He or she suggests the most appropriate itinerary or price. He or she gives advice, sells services, makes reservations and records orders.

Part of the role also involves providing information for travellers at the airport.

 Working conditions

 Service provided 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Rotating shifts.

 Candidate profile 

Aged between 20 and 35

BAC o r BAC + 2/+3 (if BAC level, secondary school leaving certificate)

Fluent English (other languages also an advantage)

Citizen of the European Union, or valid permit

B category driving licence plus vehicle

Professional experience in a service industry (hotel, restaurant, sales) is a key requirement, irrespective of qualifications

 Personal qualities: 

 Tidy presentation and good speech
Pleasant, courteous, good interpersonal skills, sense of service
Self control, thoroughness, maturity, autonomy, adaptability
Enjoys working in a team, totally available.
Physically and mentally strong
