 Key responsibilities 

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

   To welcome, direct, inform and assist passengers and clients,

   
To man the phones in the Customer Relations Area (handling calls about Nice Côte d'Azur and Cannes-Mandelieu Airports, and Cannes and Nice Harbours),

   To provide information about flights, the airport, tourism, hotels.
 


 Working conditions 
   Service provided 7 days a week from 5.30am to midnight in continuous or broken shifts


 
 Candidate profile 

  Bac (tourism, literature) or equivalent, or Bac + 2 years' higher education.

  You speak fluent English and French plus one other language.

  You know how to use office equipment.

  Excellent knowledge of tourism and events in the region.

  Excellent knowledge of world geography.



 

 Personal qualities

   Friendly, available, diplomatic, a good listener, sense of initiative. You enjoy meeting people and working in a team. Your sense of customer service is another vital factor in this job.

   Employees must be able to adapt each day to a changing environment.
