Main
duties
You will have the following responsibilities:
Often called a "commercial services agent", he/she is
responsible for welcoming and taking care of passengers when they
are boarding, in transit or leaving the aircraft. He/she is responsible
for the efficiency, speed and quality of ground services and is
involved primarily during check-in, flight connections and baggage
delivery.
Welcoming passengers, completing check-in and boarding procedures;
providing all necessary information at each stage (departure,
arrival, connection). In a nutshell - making the journey easy.

Working
conditions
A ground agent works at the airport. He/she must be extremely
available. Part-time work is often possible. He/she will work
some weekends and bank holidays. Variable shifts.
Candidate
profile
Aged between 20 and 35
BAC o r BAC + 2/+3 (if BAC level, secondary school leaving certificate)
Fluent English (other languages also an advantage)
Citizen of the European Union, or valid permit
Have no military service obligations
B category driving licence plus vehicle
Professional experience in a service industry (hotel, restaurant,
sales) is a key requirement, irrespective of qualifications
Personal

Good interpersonal skills, sense of service
Self control, thoroughness, maturity, autonomy, adaptability,
team work, availability
Physically and mentally strong (unsociable hours and permanent
contact with highly diverse clientele)
