"Recruitment skills" training programme

Duration: 3 days

Objectives:
As soon as you obtain your Life-Saving and Safety Certificate (or 'CSS' in French), you can attend a 3-day course organised by IFAERO to optimise your chances of being recruited as an Air Hostess or Steward by the airline of your choice.

You will be coached in selection test and interview methods by recruitment specialists and Cabin Crew trainers.

Pedagogical methods:

Group sessions, individual work, role-playing and enacting real-life situations.
