Respect official laws, rules and regulations, both general and specific, pertaining to their professionnal activities - particularly regulations governing fares.

suggest and take the shortest route to thedestination, unless the customer requests otherwise.

Ensure that the vehicule is clean and comfortable.

Offerhelp in opening and closing vehicle doors for the customer.

Offer the customer help, if needed, in getting into and out of the vehicule.

Load luggage into the vehicule trunk and unload it at the end of the journey.

Contact the reception desk at hotels, offices and all other establishments on their arrival.

Unfailingly remain courteous, which is a positive side of the profession.

The above statutes are intended to guarantee quality service from "Artisans Taxis" in order better to satisfy the customer and to nurture their image as caring professionals.
